I had accidentally fallen asleep and missed my telemedicine appointment. Dr. Ganti went out of his way to call me (and wake me, luckily) half an hour after my scheduled appointment. He did not seem upset, but was very focused on helping me. He gave me everything I needed to address my issue. Thank you Dr. Ganti! And I apologize for being late. I love the app by the way, very innovative and user-friendly!
